Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that fragrance decants are classified as Limited Quantity (LQ) dangerous goods. LQ shipments depart once per week on Tuesdays. Orders placed after Monday afternoon may be held until the following Tuesday departure next week.

Shipping All orders are shipped via GLS from Kuusamo, Finland.

Shipping zones Shipping is possible only to mainland Europe.

Ordering from Greece, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla (Spain), Azores, Madeira (Portugal), Cyprus, The United Kingdom, Ireland and Malta is not possible, as we can't ship there.

Free Shipping Orders over €120 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout and applies to standard delivery zones only.

International Shipping and Customs Orders shipped outside the European Union, including Norway and Switzerland, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. ScentStick has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the GLS website at gls-group.eu.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at mail@scentstick.co with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with our carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
