ScentStick ships hand-decanted fragrance samples from Kuusamo, Finland to most of mainland Europe. Here's everything you need to know about how long a ScentStick order takes, where we deliver and what it costs.
How long does ScentStick delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Fragrance decants are shipped as Limited Quantity (LQ) dangerous goods, which means our parcels leave Finland once a week on Tuesdays. Orders placed after Monday afternoon may go out with the following Tuesday's departure. Once your parcel is on its way, GLS delivery usually takes 3-8 business days depending on your country.
Which countries does ScentStick ship to?
We ship across mainland Europe. ScentStick parcels regularly go to Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Croatia and more.
Because of carrier rules for LQ shipments, we currently can't ship to Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores or Madeira.
Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country. Orders over €120 ship free to standard delivery zones, which is easy to reach if you're building a small rotation of 5ml decants.
Ordering from Norway or Switzerland
Norway and Switzerland are outside the EU, so orders there may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees on delivery. These are paid by the recipient and aren't included in the order total.
Tracking your ScentStick order
As soon as your parcel ships, you'll get an email with your GLS tracking number, and you can follow the delivery on the GLS website.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email mail@scentstick.co with your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll sort it out with GLS. Ready to order? Browse all ScentStick decants.
